Build My MVP Spec

The AI does the structuring. You do the building and the shipping. It can write a scope document in seconds. It cannot hand an ugly first version to a real person and watch their face. That is your job.

Bring to the session

  • Your output from LP 1.4 (offer document), LP 1.2 (customer profile), and LP 1.8 (commit decision). If you skipped LP 1.8, go back. Building without a deliberate commit decision means you may be building for a zombie idea.
  • Your MVE statement from Book 1
  • Customer feedback from your validation sprint (exact words)
  • Your budget and time constraints (be honest, EUR 0 is a valid budget)
  • Your business type: physical product, digital product, or service

What you walk away with

a one-sentence core value statement, a feature subtraction audit (Version 1 vs Version 2+), a one-page MVP scope document, a prioritized build task list with time estimates, a Three-Question Shipping Test result, and three customer test questions for your first delivery.

The guided version opens with The Builder's Desk

A 6-step guided session that structures the work, saves your outputs, and connects them across chapters. Until then, the full briefing is in your copy of the book — it works with any capable AI assistant.

One email when it opens. No sequences, no spam. Unsubscribe any time.

From the book: Save this output, you will need it for LP 2.2, LP 2.3, or LP 2.4 (depending on your business type), and for LP 2.5 and LP 2.6. Your MVP scope and feature subtraction list are the foundation for everything you build and price in the next four chapters.
